View Email id only

Email was widely accepted by the business community as the first broad electronic communication medium and was the first ‘e-revolution’ in business communication. Email is very simple to understand and like postal mail, email solves two basic problems of communication: logistics and synchronization. LAN based email is also an emerging form of usage for business. It not only allows the business user to download mail when offline, it also allows the small business user to have multiple users' email IDs with just one email connection.

For any kind of business, you may require the email id's of your customers so as to be in touch in them for a long duration of time. Collecting and listing it manually requires more time and ambiguity may arise.

So to overcome such situations we have provided an option in the control panel such that you can import all the email id's present in the address book in a printable format and also you can send emails to them by just clicking on the SEND EMAIL option provided next to each email id.

Thus this saves you lot of time and easy to communicate with your customers very frequently. This option is present in the MY CONTACTS which is present in the control panel that we provide to our customers.
